• A task list used to delegate, track, and monitor event related tasks.
• A planning calendar to be used by the team for scheduling planning meetings, etc.
• A contacts list to store event related contact information.
• A documents module to store file resources.
• A discussion forum that may be used for on-line team discussions.
• A chat module to enable real time virtual meetings.
• An RSVP form to collect member RSVP responses
• A Prayer Requests module to share prayer requests and praise reports relevant to the event.
• A sign up form for those desiring to help with the event.
