The Counseling Calendar Master View aggregates all counseling appointments from across the organization into a single view. The calendar is filtered by permissions, so each user can view only the appointments to which he or she has been granted access. You can use the Roles and Permissions settings of the Member Directory module to filter by role(s) or individual(s), displaying only the applicable team members for a particular context (in this case, the counseling team). For information regarding the Member Directory feature, click here.
